Main activities of the company:  Economic and legal consulting services concerning establishment and initial activities of new enterprises in Hungary and surrounding countries.

 

a) establishment of enterprises in selected countries;
b) comprehensive services according to client´s wishes in selected countries –
for example:

- preparation work directed to the setting up of an enterprise ( foundation documentation, shares, contracts, ..);
- establishment, registration and initial operation of a company;
- finding a responsible representative of a company – local resident;
- seeking a manager or management, including verification;
- looking for office, trade, storage and manufacturing areas ( leasing or purchase);
- equipping of offices;
- supervision or control activity during the initial period of operation;
- application of internal regulations to conditions of local legislation;
- accounting, controlling, auditing;
- long-term or short-term management of a newly established firm on the basis of a Mandate Contract;
- supervision of initial trade or manufacturing activity from the viewpoint of local legislation;
- changes in foundation documentation;
- transfer of ownership rights.
